    Claire BONNAUD

Claire Bonnaud is a certified Kinesiologist and practitioner of “adaptogenèse”, an elaborate kinesiology methodolgy, developed by the EDUtm School in France.

Claire has worked as an individual consultant with health coaches, parents, managers, children and infants. She has also supported weekly wellness workshops and collaborated with teachers at an International School to offer alternative tools to enable students to better their focus and concentration skills. Such skills can further enable students to improve their learning and hence, their efficiency.

The “adaptogenèse” kinesiology is a set of gentle exercise techniques which helps to restore and maintain the balance between posture, physiology, energy, emotional, cognitive, behavioural and acid-base levels in the human body. It uses muscular testing as a form of biofeedback, referred to as Energy Kinesiology. It is based on traditional Chinese energy laws and principles, naturopathic concepts, psychoanalysis, psychology, and neurology. These techniques have formed the basis to educate, with minimal medical invasion, to promote wellness, optimum health, and better self-care techniques.

  1. Man – around 50 years old – stress at work – January 2021

“I am very thankful for the healing Claire provided to me in a particular stressful time at work. She was able to read my body through her assessments and offer guidance to heal most of my pain with natural products. I have been amazed that most of the symptoms she identified were also located during my previous annual check-up but the healing solutions she proposed were non-invasive and much more appropriate.”

  1. Woman – in her 40s – stressed about relocation back to France and her 11-year old daughter’s angry behaviour – July 2018

“After one session, I no longer have the feeling of a lump in my throat and I was able to complete all my administrative tasks with minimal stress. As for my daughter, after 2 sessions with Claire, she was feeling lighter and was no longer filled with anger like before.”

  1. Boy – 11 years old – struggling with focus and learning disorders – 2019

“My son has ADD, dyslexia and dysgraphia. Thanks to Claire, we were able to see noticeable results without medication after 3 sessions. He is now equipped with skills to improve his reading fluency and improve his concentration. Since then, I have also consulted Claire as I felt I had been dealing with similar disorders as my son. Claire helped me confirm my disorder. This was a big step for me and subsequently, improved my listening and processing of information. Again, a big thank you Claire for that lifestyle change!”
